I currently work in Marketing and Promotion for a variety of music companies, involving content creation and social networking to raise awareness, and a lot of originality! I have also promoted my own music events for nearly five years now. Sometimes for charity (most successful was £2,800 for Cancer Research in 2006), and more often for profit and my own career development. I also DJ and produce electronic music, which comes from a background of many years of absorbing music, it being my first passion in life. I currently have some good support from high profile DJs, not only in the UK but also the US scene. The production work also stems from a two year London college course in Music Technology, which touched on all aspects from recording to business and many more.

I have also worked with Record labels for the last 4 years. Mainly in release, artist and event promotion, but also helping with digital distribution, and the changes in the digital world are a huge interest for me. I am keen to learn much more and adapt as the market changes. Which leads to, lastly, that I am also be studying an online Music Business course at Berklee College, covering The Future of the Music Industry, Music Marketing and much more, hopefully leading all the way to a full degree.
