Artist & Repertoire Representative at Mika World Media Group, LLC Artists and Repertoire (A&R) is the division of a record label that is responsible for talent scouting and overseeing the artistic development of recording artists. It also acts as a liaison between artists and the record label; every activity involving artists to the point of album release is generally considered under the purview of, and responsibility of, A&R. History: Axcess Talent Inc. for many years was solely considered a music marketing & development firm offering exclusive services to undiscovered artist. This was extremely successful. Last spring 2011 the company began the expansion and too our surprise we grew faster than ever imagined with many amazing opportunities presented to the company. By fall of 2011 Axcess Talent Records had launched, events were being held all across the nation and the company had taken advantage of many opportunities that had been presented. January 2012 the company was appraised as a multimillion dollar company. Axcess Talent had grown over 100% per month over the last eight months prior to January 2012. In April Mika World Wide Media Group partnered with Sony BMG approached Axcess Talent with an offer to buy the company. On April 6th 2012 the sale became official bringing Axcess Talent to an unbelievable level of new success.
