About the job
We are seeking Music Spanish Teachers needed for Summer Class. This may lead to additional work in September.
The Music Spanish class will be taught in on Thursday mornings at a preschool located in Westwood during July and August. The class starts on July 12th and it runs for 6 weeks. The lesson plan is well defined and specifically targeted for 3 to 5 year olds.
The teacher must have the following skills:
1. Ability to sing in children's songs in tune.
2. Must be animated with young ones to keep their attention.
3. Must be fluent in Spanish and conversational in English.
4. It's an advantage if you can play the guitar but not required.
If you are interested in this position and have the above requirements please submit the following:
A) Describe briefly your previous teaching experience (if any). If no experience state why you feel you can teach this music Spanish class.
B) Provide a YouTube link or mp3 of your singing, preferably in Spanish.
C) Brief history of your work experience.
Classes start early in July and training starts in late June.
