Sing, Play and Make Music with Children!

Do you enjoy working with young children and like singing and performing? We are hiring music, play and art teachers.

Candidates should Possess the Following Skills:
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to sing in tune (perfect voice not required)
- Love of teaching and interacting with parents and children
- Energetic and vibrant personality
- Ability to facilitate a large group of adults and children – willingness to “act silly”

If you are a high energy, confident team player and crave an outlet for your theatre, music or child development experience and you are good at working with children and adults, then we're the place for you!

We facilitate high energy parent/child play, music and art classes and birthday parties using lesson plans provided. You must be enthusiastic as you lead your classes and sing unaccompanied. Your role as a teacher also requires you to lead parent discussions, sell product and manage the enrollment process. A successful teacher can do all of this while engaging children by crawling, climbing, sliding and singing with them (and encouraging parents to do the same!). As a teacher, you must feel comfortable being silly in front of a group

In addition to core instructors, we are also looking for teachers willing to teach Art or Music classes. We are primarily looking for weekend teachers but some weekday spots are also available.

Days and hours are regular once your schedule is established. These are year-round positions and we like candidates to commit for 1 year. Most positions are from 9:00-2:00 but there are also some afternoon positions available. We have openings for both weekday and weekend slots. We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with relevant experience, paid training and clothing store discounts. Life experiences, dependability and personality count more than previous work experience but experience in theatre or early child development is a plus.
