I am not fluent, but in my varied job searches, I've learned that there are many positions which require Spanish-English speakers. They are:
Receptionist
Internationally based companies that have
USA offices
Interpretors (law, businesses, etc.)
Multi-language offices (based on diversity)

Sandra, Los Angeles is FILLED with Spanish speaking people, and companies hire those who know both Spanish and English. It helps company sales to the general public, here in the Los Angeles area.
Google.com is a wonderful search service where one can enter any search words. If a search comes up with nothing, a change of word order or change of words can often get results.
