What exactly are you looking for and what are you willing to pay for the right applicant to fill this position if that is a job offer or you are seeking a producer for sessions? I see it says mixer/producer but then there are no details. The following information is required for us to know what you mean in posting this listing:

Do you need a producer for an album project?

Are you willing to pay for the services you need and is this a union job or a non American Federation Of Musicians posting? this would mean are you paying union scale or are you paying for services on an hourly wage?

What is the pay grade level are you paying at if this is not a union job?

Where is the job site (city, state, country)?

Are you looking for experienced engineers or just someone to mix?
