Now Booking Singer/Songwriters (Hollywood )

Spiced Cider Records is now booking acts for 'An Evening of Singer/Songwriters,' a monthly showcase being held one Wednesday evening every month in 2010 in the acoustic lounge at The Viper Room, as well as one Saturday evening every month in 2010 at Crane's Hollywood Tavern. Performance slots are now available at each venue. Must have a minimum draw of 20 people. Prefer acoustic, singer/songwriter acts, but bands with a mellower type of sound are also welcome.

The Viper Room is one of Hollywood's most highly regarded venues, and features some of the best live music anywhere in L.A. The scene is second to none, and its reputation as one of the areas coolest listening rooms is well deserved.

Crane's Hollywood Tavern is NEWLY REMODELED with a BRAND NEW STAGE and front seating area, and has a great reputation for bands and fans with its outdoor patio and bar, dedicated music area and fantastic location- between the Palladium and Henry Fonda at 1611 N. El Centro Ave between Sunset and Hollywood Blvds.

The pay scale is VERY simple. No pay to play. No presale tickets. We just ask everyone, "Who are you here to see?" and if they mention your name, (or the name of your band), we mark it. You get ONE HUNDRED PERCENT OF YOUR DOOR after 15 people paid (at Viper Room) and after 10 people paid at Cranes. That's it. Cover charge is $10 for the entire night of music!
