Talented Female Singer needed

We are searching for a reliable and professional performer to play at Weddings/Corporate Events/Festivals/Casinos and the occasional club. We gig all over California but generally in the greater Bay Area.
What we offer : 4 gigs a month, professional rehearsal studio (located in San Jose), carpool to gigs in our bus (so you don't have to pay gas). Pay is no less than $200/member for a private gig but is usually more in the $350/member range. Club gigs pay exactly what you would expect, about $60-70/member. As of now, each band member is making $1000+/month. We play lots of weddings and corporate gigs.
What we need from you: 1) You must be able to engage the crowd. 2) You must have singing experience. This means professional training, professional gigging experience and a professional look. Take a look at our pictures from the link please. Please be able to harmonize as well as sing leads. 3) You must have a real day job, a place to live and a car. Our current female singer is not always available. We have a great group of people going and we are looking to augment the band with a second female singer to sing both leads and back ups. You must be low maintenance. This means showing up on time, singing your part, dressing appropriately for the gig and taking this as a job. We are absolutely not looking for co-managers.
