We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Leader. This is an opportunity to build a world-class talent acquisition team. This individual will partner with business leaders, hiring managers and human resources to set and drive strategy, manage workforce planning, and talent acquisition. S/he will lead the delivery of all strategic recruiting and hiring activity, including recruiting team members, create and own hiring targets and key performance indicators (KPI's), ensuring diversity embedded hiring practices are adhered to, and performing some high-level hands-on recruitment.
S/he will also partner with other recruiting teams in affiliated companies to provide a consolidated view of organizational staffing.
We own developing software that enables a world-wide digital music shopping experience and cloud-based music service on browsers, desktops, mobile and connected devices. The digital music retail website software is enabled for US, UK, Germany, France, and Japan. It is also supported on PC, Mac, Linux, iPad, and Android tablets.
The website software allows users to search and browse a growing 17-million MP3 song catalog, and purchase songs, albums, and playlists. It is integrated with a cloud music service to allow users to purchase and save music to their cloud music locker.
The cloud-based music service software allows users to upload their personal libraries to the cloud and listen to their music anywhere. The digital music retail website and cloud music service software are supported on a wide range of smart phones and tablets to enable a comprehensive cloud-based digital music experience.

Responsibilities: Deliver the staffing plan for in a timely and cost-effective manner. Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and manage the staffing plan. Propose and implement multiple concurrent recruiting programs, including college recruiting and event-based recruiting to meet the organization's staffing needs.
Hire and develop an effective recruiting organization that includes permanent and contract recruiters, recruiting coordinators, and college recruiting staff. Develop and manage recruiting agency relationships to supplement recruiting efforts. Ensure compliance with HR and hiring policies. Develop effective recruiting metrics and goals to manage progress towards the plan.
Continually propose and implement improvements to the overall recruiting process. Partner with organizational leadership during the annual planning process and on strategic staffing initiatives.
Basic Qualifications: 10+ years of recruiting and/or HR Management experience. 5+ years leading a team - building, coaching and managing a recruiting team in a high growth environment.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, Psychology or a related field. Experience working with recruiting and people-related tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems, resume databases, Internet sourcing tools, and complex spreadsheets.
Preferred Qualifications Depth of experience in hiring software developers and managers, product and program managers, and UI designers. Experience hiring and developing a recruiting organization that includes permanent and contract recruiters, recruiting coordinators, and college recruiting staff.
Good professional network of contract recruiters and agency recruiters. Experience developing a college recruiting program. Strong preference for managerial/leadership experience; demonstrated organizational skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results. Ability to deliver results with little supervision in a dynamic and ambiguous environment. Demonstrated success developing creative solutions to recruiting challenges. Skilled at partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches.
Excellent negotiation skills. Passion for placing candidates, significant experience identifying, sourcing, screening, interviewing and closing candidates at all levels. Deep understanding of talent acquisition and its relationship to talent management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to develop and earn the trust of others.
Experience applying metrics to managing and developing recruiting programs. Ability to meet standard measurements of success for recruiting such as: attainment against annual hiring plans, quality of hire, diversity goals and cost/time to hire standards.
