Job Description:
Join a team of highly-skilled product/interaction designers, art/visual designers and frontend developers to help build and improve on features of our music service. The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate their ability to create and design software that is extendable, reusable and efficient.
Job Qualifications (required):
-4-6 years hands-on software development experience
-Deep understanding and knowledge of object-oriented design and development
-Experience building LAMP based web applications
-Experience using CVS, SVN or equivalent source control system
-Experience using bug tracking systems such as Bugzilla
-BS degree in computer science or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Job Qualifications (desired):
-Experience working on high traffic sites
-Good working knowledge of Linux or equivalent
-Experience with OO Perl and Apache/mod_perl
-Experience working with XML (processing, generating, etc.)
-Experience with AJAX and Web 2.0 technologies
