We are seeking a Sales Representative/Account Manager.
The role would entail helping prospective students find and book private music lessons with our nationwide team of certified music instructors.
We are a fast-growing startup working on a national expansion and need someone to work passionately and become a project partner!
Job Details:
-Answer incoming sales calls and make follow up calls to prospective students (No cold calls!)
-Sell lesson packages to meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals
-Work closely with the customer service to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
-Able to spend 75% of the day on the phone
Requirements:
-Previous sales experience
-Strong communication skills with management and customers
-Excellent work ethic
-Goal-oriented personality
-Interest in becoming a crucial part of a growing project
Position Details
This is a full time hourly wage position but may develop into a management and eventually a partnership role based on performance and company needs. You may be scheduled to work any day of the week, including some weekends.
