Our Los Angeles Premium Seat Sales (PSS) department is responsible for box and season ticket sales, as well as all coordination of the VIP Hospitality areas at Verizon Wireless Amphitheater and San Manuel Amphitheater. The PSS Team is in search of a driven, results oriented individual who likes to work hard and have fun while doing so. This internship will allow students to gain exceptional experience in corporate sales, special event planning, on-site event management, marketing and implementation.

Responsibilities/Requirements:

- Dedicated schedule starting April 1 – December 31, 2010
- Part Time - Monday through Friday - negotiated shifts between the hours of 10AM - 5PM
- Potential to work live music events - 5PM - 11PM
- Assisting Sales staff as needed
- Event Planning for Hospitality Areas for each concert venue
- Communicating and coordinating venue PSS clients
- Assisting with ticketing processes
- Customer service, and an interest in event planning and management, venue operations and sales are all essential components of this internship
- Qualified applicants must handle a fast-paced environment with good humor and exceptional customer service
- Computer Knowledge (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Interest in Sales/Sponsorship/Marketing a plus

Please note this is an unpaid internship. Candidates must receive college credit for their work.
