• Review daily reports and link and activate products
• Enter rates into TRACS
• Review accounts and correct errors
• Prepare BRC’s
• Prepare and maintain artist files
• Maintain artist accounts (address changes, vendor maintenance, reserve rates)
• Ensure recoupable costs are properly charged
• Review and render royalty statements
• Prepare support documentation for pay vouchers
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• 4-year college degree in Business/Accounting or minimum of 14 units of Accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail oriented work
• Strong analytical background
• Prior royalty experience preferred
• Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• 10-key by touch required
• Overtime as required |
