We are a music production facility located in Union Square, NYC. We are looking for a bright and energetic Receptionist who is interested in gaining experience in the music industry. This is the perfect opportunity to be surrounded by incredible artists and musicians.
Job Description:
Answering phones
Greeting guests
Arranging messenger services and/or Fed Ex
General administrative support
Requirements:
Reliable and on time
Courteous
Responsible
Self-Starter
Must have good communication skills
Background or interest in the music industry
Experience handling multi-line phone system a plus
Full time position Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
