We are seeking a Receptionist for our Highland Park Campus. We are a nationally-renowned community music school. The Highland Park Campus is located just a few blocks from the downtown Highland Park Metra station. The primary duties of the position are to provide excellent customer service by phone, email, and in person to current and potential customers, as well as to provide administrative support to staff. Handle registrations, routine billing questions and issues, and open/update student accounts using Blackbaud’s Student Billing program. Assist with management of inquiry list and maintaining the teaching schedule. Assist with other ongoing projects and duties as assigned by the Campus Director. 20 hours per week: 2:00-7:00pm Monday-Thursday. Requirements: High school diploma, experience in general office administration, basic computer skills in Microsoft Office programs, ability to learn computer programs specific to the school. Familiarity with non-profit organization and/or academic/music school environment preferred.
