We are looking for hard-working individuals, who will hit the ground running. We are looking for self-motivated individuals. The entertainment is glamorous, but it is a lot of hardworking individuals who work behind the scenes to make this possible.

The candidate will be responsible for the following:
Crisis Management, Promoting events, sending out press releases for new and current artist, distributing flyers and music for the artist, planning listening parties for the artist, in addition to other music related events, providing monthly advertising reports, creating advertisements, blogging, being a liaison between the company/artist and media, creating virtual profiles of the artist using PowerPoint or adobe, assisting HR with recruiting efforts, developing ad campaigns by working with film staff and photographer, creating billboard ads.

Skills:
Music industry experiences a plus!
Computer literate {familiar with MS Office Suite}, Proficient in Flash, Adobe Photoshop
Diligent and reliable
Excellent Communications skills
Public Speaking skills
Be able to work from home and able to work odd hours
Must have reliable transportation {own car}
Must be able to pass basic skills test and have valid references
Must have a good work ethic and "thick skin"
Effective writing skills {test will be given for this}
Knowledge of Project management a big plus
