We are expanding our operations and seek motivated, energetic and outgoing new members to join our team this Spring. You are invited to apply for an internship position with one of Las Vegas' premier event and nightlife organizations. The parties that we produce cater to the art, music, fashion, and hospitality industries and are held at top-flight Vegas venues. This position is a fantastic way to build your contact base and network with other young and ambitious agents in a relaxed environment. Our interns are given the opportunity to experience nightlife from the inside-out, with a hands-on approach allowing them to see how events in Las Vegas are built and nurtured. Responsibilities of the job include: event planning, email marketing, promoter scouting, updating contacts, compilation of guest lists, database and web upkeep, and general office tasks. In attendance at our weekly events you will serve as a coordinator between management and promotional staff and, as a host, you will maintain overall positive atmosphere and smoothness of the night. You may also assist our guests with VIP services and, of course, have a good time.

Those who apply must be serious about being a part of the nightlife scene in Vegas. The perfect applicant will be outgoing, able to accommodate many people and tasks at once, easygoing with superb communication skills, and capable of remaining professional and focused in a party environment under pressure. Interns regularly sit-in on meetings with clients, club management, and owners; and in return, we would expect you to present yourself in the professional and relaxed manner which corresponds with our company’s style and approach.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word are required, and knowledge of social media networking like facebook and myspace is a MUST.

Qualifications:

We are looking for ambitious, creative, and extroverted college students with aspirations in the fields of hospitality, marketing, nightlife, public relations, communications, sales, or music and the arts. Applicants must be available to work at our Las Vegas offices two days per week and to attend events at least two nights per week.
