We are seeking a Project Development Director.
The perfect candidate would have remarkable initiative, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think, plan, and execute on multiple projects simultaneously and in an organized fashion.
They will have a passion for the future of musical theater, an understanding of marketing and promotion, and a roll-up-your-sleeves-and-get-it-done mentality.
We are looking for someone who seeks autonomy and will work with us to create their own title and help define the bounds of his or her position. While the position will likely begin part-time, there is a tremendous opportunity for growth for the right candidate.
