REPORTS TO: Director, Creative Services

Located at the head of Wall Street, We have been part of New York City and our nation's history since its charter in 1697. At its core, we are an Episcopal parish, offering daily worship services and faith formation programs at the church and online. Today, the collective organization includes Trinity Real Estate; Trinity Grants; St. Margaret's House; Trinity Preschool; Trinity Institute; Faith in Action ministries, and an extensive music program, including Concerts@One, the Trinity Choir, and the Downtown Youth Choir.

We are looking for a project coordinator that will manage projects in the creative services department, ensure projects are completed successfully from a time, budget and quality standpoint. Serves as primary contact and communications liaison on all projects, balancing the priorities of the client, writer, designer and production staff. He/She handles all financial documents and records management responsibilities.

DESCRIPTION:
-Responsible for the intake, organizing, managing and scheduling of all design and production projects. Assigns projects to the designers, provides the estimating data to the production supervisor, traffics layouts for approvals and follows up with all parties involved in the project production.
-Provides administrative support to the Creative Services Director
-Proofreads and reviews copy for content and accuracy, and makes corrections where necessary.
-Prepares for, attends, takes minutes at client meetings and follows up with clients on job requests.
-Assists Director in preparation of annual budgets, and monitors and reconciles actual expenses against budget.
-Processes invoices/billing for Creative Services and outside vendors
-Records coordinator and liaison to archives to ensure adherence to records management policies and practices.

REQUIREMENTS:
-Strong management, administrative and organizational skills
-Ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize projects, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
-Strong knowledge of operating finances, bookkeeping, budgets and purchasing practices
-Proficient at navigating the Internet and working with e-mail software applications
-Knowledge of Mac and PC platforms and experience managing the interface between the platforms.
-Proficient knowledge of MS Office software, and working knowledge of InDesign.
-A minimum of five years experience, seven to ten years experience preferred, working in a production/ design studio organizing and managing the workflow.
-College degree
