We are the nation's largest community arts school, seeks a talented, experienced, and enthusiastic individual to manage its early childhood music program for children ages 1 through 4 accompanied by a parent. Responsibilities include hiring, training, and managing a staff of 30 teachers, maintaining a small teaching load, and ensuring the overall excellence and continued growth of our Wiggleworms program. The program serves over 1,600 babies and toddlers each week.
Bachelor's degree in Music Education or Early Childhood Education required, along with hands-on experience teaching music to very young children. Must play guitar. Experience supervising other teachers desired and experience in arts administration/management is also highly desired. Bilingual Spanish ability is a big plus.
