We are seeking a full-time Production Coordinator, specializing in Sound, who will play a key role in supervising and hands-on running all technical aspects of our presentations, productions, rentals and special events.

The Production Coordinator reports to the Associate Production Manager.

Responsibilities:
-Supervise and manage events, shows, and maintenance.
-Perform advance work for productions including technical and budget analysis, arrangement of equipment rentals and assisting the Associate Production Manager in detailing and scheduling of technical staff and stagehands
-Work with artists, musicians, general management staff, stagehands, wardrobe personnel, and stage managers to present the highest quality shows and events
-Sound board operation and programming for all mainstage events as assigned.
-Upkeep and Maintenance of all sound systems and equipment.
-Assist in the day to day management of long run productions
-Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:
-High School Diploma
-Five years applicable work experience Experience managing expenditures and budgets
-Experience creating schedules and meeting deadlines
-Excellent oral and writing skills
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, PowerPoint, Autocad and Vectorworks
-Experience reading. Interpreting, creating, and manipulating drawings and other technical materials
-Experience programming and running sound cues on Yamaha digital consoles.
-Experience with all aspects of video including setup and troubleshooting.
-Willing to assist others and work in a team setting
-Willing to work on an irregular schedule, often with long hours
