We are seeking a Production Administrator whose main focus will be production department responsibilities for the three-month summer season. The position is part-time from April through May and full-time from June to September. Employees are required to sign a confidentiality agreement. We are a Union house, so there are no technical/on-stage aspects to this position. The Production Administrator reports to the Production Coordinator, Production Manager and Artistic Producers.

Duties
• Manage day to day backstage operations.
• Create and maintain master production schedule in conjunction with Production Coordinators.
• Monitor department spending and submit a weekly spending analysis to Production Coordinator.
• With Production Coordinators train and manage production interns; create dressing rooms forms, set dressing rooms, assign dressing rooms.
• Oversee timely completion of classical artists’ arrival packet(s).
• Assist Production Coordinator with merchandising, hospitality, and transportation for all shows.
• Assist Production Coordinator with the administration of the Internship Program.
• Maintain department intranet content.
• Prepare composite schedules for park-wide distribution.
• Reconcile intern receipts and charge card statements.
• As needed, driving of artists and production errands.
• Participate in production meetings and communicate with artistic, production and technical staff, as well as artists, to ensure proper dissemination of information.
• Serve as primary receptionist for production department.
• Prepare seasonal staff payroll
• Concert duty as assigned.

• Ability to work outside of normal business hours - this position involves extensive evening and weekend hours, seven days a week
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Clean driving record.

Compensation
Paid hourly from April through. Weekly salaried (exempt) June to September. Free attendance at most concerts. Some meals provided.
