We are a leader in Direct-To-Fan e-commerce, offering independent artists and labels the necessary tools and technology to sell digital and physical merchandise, is seeking an experienced Product Specialist to be based out of our Los Angeles –area headquarters. In anticipation of continued sales growth we are seeking to fill a newly created vacancy for an (inbound) sales guru. The ideal candidate will: 



• Meet and exceed sales revenue goals through consultative selling process, the majority of responsibilities to be completed through phone communication with customers 

• Clearly communicate all processes, procedure and requirements to prospects 

• Possess the ability to understand and clearly communicate: media replication/duplication, packaging, printing, and merch manufacturing solutions

• Possess the ability to uncover and satisfy customer needs with the appropriate selection of products and services 
• Possess a self-motivated sales drive, team spirit, exceptional organization and communication skills

Qualifications: 



• Minimum of 3 years of successful work experience in an outbound sales role, preferably within optical media, merch, print manufacturing

• Superior communication skills and a strong desire to find solutions for our customers’ needs 

• Experience in working with music artists, labels and managers 

• Willingness and ability to embrace a sales process and apply best practices to close sales

• Ability to think analytically, strategically and creatively

• Demonstrate a commitment to providing “fanatical” customer service 

• Entrepreneurial spirit, with the desire and ability to work in a dynamic, start-up environment where priorities are continually changing, to accomplish companies goals
