We are seeking a full-time Product Specialist/Customer Relations Representative for our Brass Instrument Division.
This position requires a strong background in music and experience in a musically related industry is a definite plus.
Must also be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and other Computer Programs as needed. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. MAS experience is a definite plus. Must be self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment, possess effective organizational and time management skills, be detail oriented, manage competing priorities for multiple tasks and consistently meet deadlines.
Required Education:
Bachelor's degree in music, marketing, communications or business or equivalent combination of education/training and experience.
Duties consist of the following:
-Acting as the point person at our company for all brass instrument related products, marketing, and support
-Ability to demonstrate instruments for customers
-Receive incoming calls and emails from our Sales Managers & Dealers to handle problems or issues.
-Learn our operating system MAS 200
-Enter sales orders, bill sales, and arrange returns
