About the job

We are seeking a product manager to be responsible for creating and implementing new initiatives and strategic marketing campaigns to help drive memberships for fan club clients whether in an online capacity via the fan club website or via ticket presales, album preorders, artist appearances, promotional campaigns and other.

Tasks include but are not limited to:
• Drafting and posting timely/creative fan club site content, contests and email campaigns
• Helping create fan club items with band management/label
• Liaising with our customer service, shipping and ticketing departments to ensure customer satisfaction is met in all aspects.
• Ideal candidates will excel at creating intelligent fan club marketing campaigns for artists during all cycles of their career and works diligently to try to deliver during each phase along the way.

Required Competencies/Skills:
• Loves music and understands the “fan” mentality
• Strong leadership skills and problem-solving skills.
• Must be an effective communicator that can convey information efficiently.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized
• Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Great Communication Skills with multiple levels of management and cross departmental
• Excellent MS Office Skills – Proficient in Excel and MS Access

Special Requirements/Preferences:
• Ideal candidate will have 2-5 years knowledge of Traffic Systems and procedures
• Music industry experience in a client-relation capacity

Education Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
