We are seeking a Patron Services Coordinator, Ticket Sales.
Qualifications:
-Proven track record in providing quality customer service
-Self-starter and problem solver, possessing an acute attention to detail
-Ability to work with a team in a fast-paced environment where proficiency in handling multiple projects under strict deadlines is essential
-Able to work nights and weekends
-Bachelor’s degree required
-Interest in classical music helpful.
-Knowledge of TheatreManager software and event ticketing a plus.
Duties and Responsibilities
-Work as part of patron services team to provide superior customer service by phone, in person, and via fulfillment of online sales.
-Provide walk-in reception at our office and greeting in the lobby on concert nights.
-Work with Marketing Director to develop and maintain customer service policies.
-Collect and maintain customer data and lists for effective communication and relationship development.
-Provide performance venues with all information necessary to provide prompt and professional customer service to customers.
-Develop a thorough knowledge of and relationship with VIPs including Board members, Conductor’s Circle members, subscribers, donors, etc.
-Manage day-to-day operations of ticketing and subscription sales, and any other patron transactions including (but not limited to) donations.
-Work with Marketing Director to establish single ticket and subscription strategies and help implement campaigns to expand the orchestra’s ticket base; monitor and report on subscription revenue and attendance for all concert series.
-Work with Marketing Director to manage ticket inventory to maximize revenue and properly fill the house.
-Manage special ticketing needs as well as discounts and promotions. Serve as the point person for all venues.
-Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales of tickets to groups such as corporations, schools, churches and business associations.
-Works with Marketing Director on sales strategies and revenue goals to maximize revenues.
-Fulfill group sales orders, collect customer data, and provide ongoing customer support.
-Manage the setup and sales of all tickets and subscriptions at all concerts and events.
-Work with staff on walk-up sales, will call ticket pick up, and the resolution of any seating and ticketing issues.
-Provide necessary administrative support to the Marketing Director including preparation and distribution of sales and ticketing reports.
-Assist in the maintenance of the database.
-Maintain historical and archival data on sales and subscription numbers.
-Other duties as assigned.
