The Online Promotions Coordinator is responsible for executing promotions using various user interfaces and specialty programs, communicating and coordinating online Marketing assets working with Creative, IT, UX/UI and PIM groups to execute marketing initiatives in a timely manner for our website and related websites. This position might also assist the Brand Team with special projects.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinates rules-based onsite merchandising to drive category, segment or product-specific goals, such as increased conversion, increased margin, introduction of new merchandise, disposition of excess inventory, etc.
• Coordinates production of graphics, copy and the continual addition of landing pages that target brands, product lines, product types, keywords or customer types to drive increased search relevancy and increased conversion.
• Coordinates regular landing page merchandising efforts.
• Receives conceptual direction from marketing in order to execute development and deployment of key initiatives.
• Maintains Endeca rule-driven content as well as search term enhancements.
• Coordinates, implements, and monitors site testing through Omniture Test & Target.
• Works closely with IT and UX to coordinate site promotion functionality and usability, such as coupons and site graphics using java script or flash.
• Works closely with Product Information Management and Merchandising to ensure accurate promotional pricing and site presentation.
• Coordinates graphics, copy and promotional details for marketing email campaigns
• Works closely with Brand Team for continuous improvement of processes to gain efficiencies and improve promotion execution.
Requirements/Skills:
• Minimum two years online merchandising and/or e-commerce marketing experience required.
• Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability for multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing directives and priorities.
• Strong project/time management and organizational skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and deadline driven.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency working on a PC, using menu-driven programs, with an ability to quickly learn new applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred.
