We are seeking an Office Manager.
Responsibilities include:
-Manage office schedules and calendars.
-Insure that all office staff adhere to office policy (office hours / procedures / etc)
-Administrative Responsibilities including filing, answering phones, scheduling meetings, ordering office supplies, etc.
-Maintain all office equipment including printers, copiers, routers, etc.
-Coordinate travel for office staff.
-Coordinate office meetings.
-Assist with various bookkeeping activities.
-Assist with technical issues in the office (email, internet, network, etc)
Requirements:
-Strong organization and attention to detail
-Experience managing people
-Strong communication skills
-Excellent problem solving skills
-Excellent computer skills
-College degree
-Comfortable in a fast paced yet casual and fun environment.
-Experienced in working with databases.
-Basic to moderate IT skills.
