The New Media Sales Account Manager will be responsible for aggressively developing local and national business with interactive agencies as well as developing online advertising solutions for local/direct business clients via prospecting, cold calling, networking, referrals, existing clients and solution selling. The primary focus will be the development of cluster and station-specific new media sales through interactive assets including but not limited to display ad placements, database marketing (e-blasts), on-line streaming, pod costs, streaming audio/video, customer developed e-solutions and on-line promotional opportunities. Secondary focus is to develop and grow incremental revenue from existing interactive products available from the Bonneville New Media Portfolio (INMOTION, Lifestyle Guide, College Guide, Pet Pages, Interactive Games, Content Sponsorship pages, etc.)

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
• Passion for music and technology a MUST!
• Strong knowledge of the advertising industry, interactive sales industry and/or media ad sales experience highly preferred
• College Degree
• Computer literacy a MUST!
• Excellent interpersonal (oral and written) communication skills
• Self-motivated and committed to developing interactive advertisers to a high degree of achievement
• Exemplary listening skills with ability to understand client needs and proven success as a team player
• Must be able to identify potential problems and resolve them quickly with available resources
• Must be flexible, innovative and be able to adjust priorities, use available resources to meet client needs and to maximize revenue and new account development.
• Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times.
• Punctual, regular and consistent attendance. Consistently work hours required. Work more when required to meet a deadline, including weekends, holidays, evenings, etc. if necessary
• Maintain a positive and cooperative rapport with staff, management and clients
• Willing to travel if required
• Ability to communicate effectively; establish, nurture effective communications at all levels of the organization and related contacts.
• Valid driver’s license and proven ability to safely drive personal vehicle without exposing company to serious liability risks.
• Willing and able to work in compliance with company policies, procedures and standards of performance

PHYSICAL DEMANDS OF POSITION:
• Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hand and/or fingers.
• Ability to give and receive information through oral communications.
• Ability to lift, move & carry up to 50 lbs. on occasion, and up to 20 lbs. of force frequently.
