Need Versatile Lead Guitarist

Country. Classic Rock. Some newer Rock.

Player needs to be able to nail both country and rock lead styles and tones with confidence and accuracy. Backup vocal ability a plus.

Stage volume control and band chemistry is very important to us while keeping a relaxed and fun performance atmosphere. Tone over volume please.

We usually gig 3-4 times a month on weekends. Up to an hour out of town... rarely over that. All gigs paid. Amount varies depending on venue.

Existing members all have full time careers and our goal is for the band to be as entertaining and quality sounding as possible without demanding great deals of members valuable personal time. We believe in self preparation and very rarely require practices. We're not young, but not old, and we're not obese hideous trolls that scare children in public.

Not looking for someone with aspirations of making it big, or touring. This is a perfect gig for a talented player who still wants to be part of a good sounding bar band, but has a full-time career. Wanting this person to consider themselves a 'band member' and 'friend' once they get to know us rather than be considered a hired gun.
