Applicant must have superb phone/verbal skills! Also, You must have at least 5-10 years experience with playing an instrument; performance experience or teaching background a major plus!

JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a friendly and well spoken office assistant/recruiter. Must be self-motivated, well organized, and have excellent phone skills. The job entails interviewing prospective teachers over the telephone. Interviews typically last 15-20 minutes, where we can get a sense of an applicants qualifications and background, as well as answer general questions on how Musika operates. Experience with contracts, negotiations, and/or compensation is a plus.

JOB STIPULATIONS/HOURS: This is a temporary position which will last approximately 2 weeks and is available to start in Immediately. Hours would be Monday-Friday, 9:00-5:00pm.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge of the process/culture of the music lessons business is essential. Basic understandings of music and common instruments is required. Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is a must. PAY: Pay is $10 an hour (1099-MISC, taxes are not withheld).
