We are seeking an articulate & intelligent individual to serve as a full-time receptionist & administrator during our 2009-2010 school year.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- answer telephone, screen, and direct calls
- take and relay messages
- provide detailed information about all programs and services to callers
- greet persons entering organization and direct persons to correct destination
- deal with queries from the public and customers
- general administrative and clerical support
- prepare letters, documents, and mailings for all programs
- receive and sort mail and deliveries
- keep up with appointment diary either manually or electronically for Artistic Directors
- schedule appointments
- maintain communication regarding schedules between students, faculty, & accompanists
- tidy and maintain the reception area & office
- sustain inventory stock
- distribute information to customers & students
- imput program registrations & sorts files Key Competencies
