Company (musical instrument manufacturer) in Ontario California is currently seeking knowledge of wholesale B2B environment, performance-driven, highly motivated, self-starters who are capable of working independently to market our products.

Requirements:
Overview of the Role (Responsibilities)
o Responsible for development of brand and product strategies. Achieve Marketplace Initiatives and Promotions that build brand development and maximize brand performance.
o Responsible for developing and executing sales plans to launch and expand new business.
o Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products / new trend, etc.
o Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
o Establish sales through any possible method and responsible for tracking all prospects by region; providing monthly activity reporting.
o Forecast sales and earnings for its territory and prepare sales forecasts.
o Develop grant program and drive school district band instruments on all aspects of sales and marketing operations.
o Build and maintain excellent relationship between vendors and reps to achieve goals of sales and profitability.
Applicant must have former wind instrument experience, sales channel for at least two different categories of Musical Instruments are plus.
