We have been in the Night Club and Bar business for 14 years and currently Own/Manage 4 Night Clubs and 2 Night life Marketing Companies from coast to coast. In addition we are working on a new clothing line and Reality show. This particular opportunity is for a brand new concept. This Martini Lounge is located in the Gas Lamp District in San Diego. We plan on bringing a Miami/NY flavor to San Diego. Something super upscale and different. We have over 40 specialty martinis & will be focusing our attention on bottle service. San Diego is the first Blonde Martini to open. We already have site locations in Old Town Scottsdale, City Place/Clematis Street in Palm Beach and Soho in Tampa, Florida, that we plan on opening in 2010. This will be the next concept to blow up across the Country. We are opening up our San Diego location in mid February and we are seeking a Rock Star for upper Management for this new business - a Marketing Manager. You need to blow us away, with your skill level, potential, drive and desire, as we will get hundreds of applicants. This is an incredible opportunity for the right applicant.

Skill Requirements
• 3-5 years relevant experience in nightlife
• Must have experience promoting or marketing Night Clubs
• Detail-oriented and extremely organized
• Must be a social butterfly
• Must be willing to work long hours, nights, weekends & holidays (6 days per week)
• Must have friendly personality
• Product quality and consistency
• You must currently live & be no further than 20 minutes from the Gas Lamp District in San Diego.
• We are looking for individuals who have lived in San Diego for at least 3 year.
• You must have a large database of customers, promoters, DJ's
• Must have a large text message database, Myspace, Facebook accounts.
Job Responsibilities
• Work the door and greet customers
• Recruit Promoters, Sub Promoters and Group Leaders
• Organizing all staff social networking sites
• Scheduling staff to hand flyers out
• Cash handling and company procedures/cash accountability
• Daily and Weekly Reports to Company Owner
• Interview & train new sub promoters and group leaders
• Hire Event planners, Publicist, Promoters
