Report to Director of Marketing and support brand marketing and integrated marketing teams in various aspects of concept development and execution of online and offline marketing projects.
Specific Duties:
Support Brand Marketing and Integrated Marketing managers in development and execution of global marketing campaigns and programs:
-Participate in brainstorming/ideation of online, on-air and viral tactics in support of overall marketing plan/strategy
-Support production and approval process for campaign tactics
-Implement and administer online sweepstakes
-Traffic and deliver television spots
-Work with Integrated Marketing Managers to assemble proposals, case studies, one sheets, and activity reports and assist in pre-production phase
-Capturing screenshots, compiling and organizing screenshots, writing copy, pulling performance metrics, putting together PowerPoint templates, etc.
-Drafting production schedules and asset requirements, downloading and reviewing client assets, putting together creative briefs
-Manage and maintain NVWG house ad trafficking process:
-Work closely with Ad Ops to traffic all house banners for all sites.
-Work with Marketing Managers and designers to check all banner creative, maintain spreadsheet, use Solbright, pull reports from DART
-Update and manage various status and tracking reports, i.e. marketing calendars, pitch tracking report, game tracking report, integrated marketing weekly status reports, daily marketing placement check etc.
-Create campaign recap reports, includes analysis on campaign performance, game engines, game engine effectiveness, ad effectiveness
-Organize, maintain and archive proposals, ad sales materials, client programs, and case studies
-Perform competitive analysis to remain abreast of industry digital marketing trends
-Willingness to learn all aspects of Neopets and Petpet Park including characters, lands, plots, back stories and future site direction.

Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
2+ years of online/digital marketing and project management experience at an advertising agency, television network, online company, or large promotional firm
Proven ability to work effectively with multiple groups/departments
Experience in creating and analyzing campaign reports
Experience in implementing digital marketing tactics (including banner development, administering online sweepstakes, e-mail blasts and viral programs)
