We are seeking a Manager, Marketing Strategy & Analytics.
This position is responsible for leading and/or supporting projects in the Marketing business. The individual must be a strategic thinker who can recognize opportunities and leverage those opportunities to increase profits.
Accountable for designing the analytical framework to test working hypothesis and insights, developing data models, performing statistical analysis, making recommendations and presenting actionable findings to the marketing team.
This person has multiple hands on roles. Must understand the specific business unit needs and translate into meaningful analysis and actionable recommendations. Acts as the Subject Matter Expert on strategy and business analytics; making strategic and tactical recommendations.
Data analysis, project leadership, and recommendations are critical to strategic decision making and growth of the business.
Manager Responsibilities:
-Collaborate with business units to identify/frame out meaningful analysis
-Access data warehouse systems to obtain data for analysis
-Evaluate results and provide actionable insights
-Develop reports to help business unit leaders manage and optimize their businesses
-Work cross-functionally to identify and implement growth and profit enhancing strategies
-Design and implement pilot tests to evaluate recommendations
-Develop and present PowerPoint presentations to business units and senior management and drive to align and implement profit growth enhancing strategies
-Other duties as needed
Manager Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
-Minimum of 5-8 years experience in marketing strategy or analysis preferred
-Expertise in developing PowerPoint story-lined presentations, excel spreadsheets and database analysis (SQL preferred)
-Strong interpersonal skills and well-developed written, verbal, and presentation skills
-Critical thinking and organizational skills and demonstrate attention to detail
-Comfortable in a dynamic high paced environment
