About the job

We are seeking a Manager, Brand Partnerships.

Bands and brands is not only fun to say but it makes sense. Bringing fans, artist and brands together is our job. We are looking to expand our brand sales team by adding a seasoned sales professional who can help grow our global brands business by positioning and selling our Social Music Marketing platform.

Essential Functions:
• Build and manage a sales pipeline on a monthly/quarterly basis that will contribute to new customer acquisition
• Create demand for our Social Music Marketing platform through aggressive, targeted outbound sales efforts
• Strategically manage assigned territory
• Meet or exceed quarterly goals
• Consistently present and pitch our Social Music Marketing offerings to key marketing, brand, and online executives (both via phone and face-to-face)

Desired Skills & Experience

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or similar
• 5-7 years sales experience selling to C-level marketing and brand executives
• Awesome people, relationship-building and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication, sales and negotiation skills
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Self motivated and goal-oriented
• Proven knowledge of business, sales, marketing and negotiation tactics
• Must be able to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced and creative environment
• Knowledgeable technology user (SalesForce, MS Office, etc.)
• Understanding of Social Media & online advertising/marketing

Nice to haves:
• Existing brand relationships/contacts a huge plus
• Music industry experience
• Passion for new and emerging music
