What you need to have:
- BS in Computer Science or related degree
- 5+ years developing technology solutions in an interactive agency setting
- Expert comprehension of web development skills and methodologies
- Ability to generate simple, clean, articulate technical documentation
- Strong knowledge and strategic understanding of: HTML, CSS, AJAX, .NET framework and programming languages, Flash CS3, AS2/3, Flash Media Server, , Flex, Air, SQL, PHP
- Understanding of how to implement secure web transactions
- Comfortable with Flash Media Server, CDNs, and virtual storage
- Familiar with SEO methodologies
- Familiar with Windows server environment
- Familiar with Google Analytics
- Strong QA/Testing methodologies
- Solid project management skills

What you will be doing- you will:
- Be responsible for all client service engineering efforts within the Digital Marketing division including the management of solution architectures, data architectures, development and coding efforts, and quality assurance
- Provide our internal teams and clients with the strongest, most forward thinking strategic and technical recommendations possible.
- Serve as both an internal and client facing technology lead, providing guidance around best practice executions to ensure tactical technical direction and innovation
- Diagnose technical limitations and trade-offs and provide informed recommendations to empower strong technical decisions
- Assure technical quality and innovation in all deliverables
- Provide expert level knowledge of web technologies as applicable to the development of large, enterprise-level online experiences
- Keep abreast of new technologies and trends influencing web development
