About the Information Coordinator Position
This is a part time job located in South of Market, San Francisco. The position is broken down into 2-3 days a week (20 hours). We are is the largest and most diverse concert database on the web.
The information department seeks a highly capable individual to assist in managing the tour database and artist profiles. The coordinator's goal is to increase the efficiency and scope of our day to day operation.
Qualifications:
* Someone who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, organized and works well independently.
* Proficient computer skills (PC), familiarity with Excel and Photoshop.
* Light HTML knowledge.
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited University or College.
* 1+ year work experience, office experience a plus.
* Proclivity for data entry and upkeep.
* Excellent written and communication skills.
* Passion for live music along with a vast knowledge of different genres.
* Bay Area resident.
Responsibilities for the Information Aggregation Coordinator (will include, but not limited to)
* Fast/accurate data entry both by hand and with internal tools.
* Researching new potential data sites as well as working with our established sources.
* Editing of concert information.
* Maintenance of artist profiles.
* Assisting in international expansion goals.
* Customer service- communicate directly with users and clients.
* Assisting in training and managing of interns. |
