This vacancy was posted on 10/08/08 Downtown Nightclub is seeking a motivated, experienced General Manager. As Oregon’s largest nightclub, we need a minimum of 3 years experience in the front-of-house, excelling at personnel skills and interacting with guests.
In addition to providing direct support to the location's District Manager, the General Manager is responsible for:
-The overall operation and profitability of the operation.
-Promotional driven
-Ensure that the customer receives a high quality product and excellent service through employees who understand and achieve our operating standards.
-Hiring, training, and maintaining a high quality work force.
-Drive sales to meet or exceed budgeted goals.
-Experience with live music a plus
-Must be available to work nights and weekends
-OLCC, Food Handler and DPSST certifiable
