FOH Manager Position

Our Philadelphia venue is looking for a full time FOH/Floor Manager. This is a fast-paced work environment that demands a high level of organization, flexibility, and patience. You must have restaurant management experience and firm knowledge of craft beer and food. The demands of the job can be strenuous and require stamina and a willingness to work long shifts including days, late nights, weekends, and holidays.

Duties include:
Management of the restaurant and bar, training of employees and maintenance of service standards, some FOH inventory and ordering, and other various tasks. You must be comfortable with POS systems and either already know Aloha or be willing to learn.
