To the qualified candidate, we offer:Competitive salary of $40,000 - $50,000 -Medical and dental coverage -401K Plan -Generous paid holidays and time off -Exciting opportunity to work in a fun and creative environment in the entertainment industry Duties will include: -Handling business AND personal affairs for the President -Making travel arrangements and scheduling for the President -Answering phones, organizing files and other administrative tasks -Overseeing building and grounds maintenance -Planning special events and trade shows -Office management including ordering supplies and maintaining pleasant environment for staff -Managing various projects as needed Qualifications: -Minimum mid level experience as an Executive or Administrative Assistant -High school education or equivalent -Exceptional organization and time management skills -Excellent customer service and interactive people skills -Thorough knowledge of Word and Excel -Macintosh experience helpful but not required -Intuitive, self-motivated, dependable and an independent thinker Interested applicants may email their resumes.
