We are seeking a unique individual with a passion for business and good technical skills to train as a full-time Editorial Associate in Music Publishing.

Requirements:
• Degree in Music and passion for publishing and business.
• An Eye for detail and enjoyment in proofreading.
• Interested in creating efficient business processes.
• Proficient in relevant computer applications such as, but not limited to, Microsoft Word/Access/Excel/Outlook/Dynamics.
• Possess excellent communication skills and have a strong command of the English language.

As an editorial associate you will get training and experience in these areas:
• Proofreading text and music
• Coordinating an efficient production schedule
• Maintaining a database of product, contract, and royalty information
• Communicating with composers and editorial staff
• Reviewing submissions for possible publication
• Other essential components of music publishing, including recording and advertising
