We are the world’s leading classical music label, is seeking a qualified candidate to join our team as e-commerce Support Assistant. This vital, detail-oriented, entry-level position will assist our e-commerce department in day-to-day operational duties, including inventory reporting/maintenance, sales analysis, customer support, etc. The successful candidate will have database/ERP/inventory experience, strong analytical/critical-thinking skills, able to work well with others, and must be well organized. Solid MS Office experience required (Excel, Outlook), and experience in e-commerce distribution is preferred. Understanding of HTML will be very helpful. Daily job duties include:
•Daily inventory reconciliation
•Sales reporting/trending/analysis
•Order/item research in order to fulfill customer inquiries
•Basic e-commerce site updating
