Director of Music/Organist

We are currently conducting a search for Director of Music and Organist. This position is not considered a full time position. Our Director of Music and Organist plays all organ and piano music during a single Sunday morning worship service and at special seasonal services, directs the chancel choir and a handbell choir, and arranges and performs at other musical events and programs during the year. Our music program has historically featured a group of committed members and talented guests enriching the spiritual growth of our worship services and seasonal community events. Music rehearsals currently take place one evening each week.

The primary musical instrument housed at the church is a 1978 Berghaus pipe organ, housed in the main sanctuary. It is a three manual and pedal instrument containing 36 ranks of pipes with chimes and zymbelstern. The sanctuary also contains a grand piano, while an intimate chapel contains a classic Hammond B3 organ. The church owns a five octave set of Schulmerich handbells along with a three octave set of Schulmerich Melody Chimes™.
