We are the world's leading classical music label, and we are seeking a Digital Services Manager. This position will be responsible for a team of 3+ people and expected to provide direction and innovative solutions for Naxos’ growing digital distribution business. To be considered, candidate must have a technical background (including MS-SQL/.NET skills with experience in XSLT/XML), as well as experience in managing people. Ideally, candidate will have some experience with and knowledge of audio codecs and batch scripting. Candidates with experience in dealing with digital service providers, such as iTunes and eMusic, will be given preferential consideration. This position requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking and a person who is highly motivated and has the ability to manage several projects at a time.
