We are headquartered in Georgetown, CT, and are the Internet's premiere live music and entertainment booking service.
We're offering an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Customer Service Representative with strong Internet skills.
Responsibilities Include:
- Handling significant daily volumes of client mails, phone inquiries, and instant messages.
- Uploading, downloading, converting, and saving multimedia such as photos, audio, and video files.
- Supporting the Marketing Department with social media efforts including Twitter, FaceBook, MySpace, and Company blog.
- Performer database maintenance and membership optimization.
- Handling some e-commerce invoicing.
Requirements:
- Four-year college degree.
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in customer service preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact with clients in a professional, courteous manner.
- Hours are 10:00am to 6:30pm, Monday through Friday. One hour lunch.
