Career Description:
We are seeking a HIGHLY motivated Customer Service Marketing Associates. This is an excellent opportunity for a “roll up the sleeves” self-motivated individual to take their career to the next level. This position requires a basic understanding of computers, internet, marketing & customer service. We offer an extensive on the job training program. No selling or marketing experience required.

The Customer Service Marketing Associate uses automated marketing programs, and will collaborate with team members to deploy highly effective marketing programs. This position is creative in nature. To be successful, you will need basic written and verbal communication skills and a devotion to customer success. In this position, you will play a key role in acquisition strategies to directly impact the business metrics & your financial income.

Responsibilities of Customer Service Marketing
Associate:

-Implement marketing programs focusing on building awareness and customer acquisition.
-Work with team members to execute highly effective programs to significantly increase inbound lead flow and pipeline generation.
-Support new associates with training & mentoring.
-Provide support for other areas of marketing as needed.
-Communicate with team members for help & support.

Requirements of Customer Service Marketing Associate:
- High school diploma. College diploma preferred but not required.
- Basic written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer skills...can you burn a music cd or check your e-mail online?
- Must be able to follow instructions & training tutorials.
- Ability to research information using google and other resources.
- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and a sense of urgency.
- Familiarity with web services, My Space, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter & more.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Passion for delivering results and driving internal and external customer success.
