We are currently seeking a Creative Services Manager for the Santa Monica, CA location.

The Creative Services Manager is responsible for all aspects, top to bottom, of the packaging process.

This is a dynamic and fast-paced position requiring superior attention to detail. Multitasking and the ability to work multiple projects simultaneously are essential.

The ideal candidate possesses excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills and superior computer skills including Word, Excel and Photoshop. Must be able to work effectively with multiple parties and strong personalities. Creative problem solving is critical.

Resposibilities Include:

• Produce photo shoots including sourcing photographers, stylists, hair and makeup.
• Identify up and coming talent in all fields above.
• Oversee post-production from obtaining files to circulating contact sheets, coordinating selects, overseeing retouching, obtaining approvals, posting final approved files to internal distribution systems.
• Produce packaging including hiring freelance art directors, overseeing the design process and obtaining internal and external approvals.
• Maintain project budgets and keep creative under budget.

Requirements:

• College degree required.
• Must have budgeting expertise.
• Experience with Quark, InDesign, Illustrator, Aperture, Capture One Pro a plus.
