We are currently seeking a Copyright Analyst.
Responsibilities:
•Process mechanical license information for entry into the royalty system
•Make changes to royalty system based on correspondence received from various sources
•Calculate royalty adjustments
•Respond to internal and external licensing & royalty inquiries
•Special royalties projects as needed
•Maintain accurate and organized filing
Job Requirements:
•Must have excellent communication skills, written and verbal
•Must be organized and extremely detail oriented
•Must be self-motivated with ability to multitask and prioritize high work volume
•Proficient in Windows XP, Word, Excel
•Familiarity with company systems such as AS 400, RMS, CLA, Alchemy, Archiving, TRACS mainframe preferred
•Mechanical licensing and music publishing experience preferred.
•Bachelors Degree preferred
